MCO ANNUAL PROGRAM INTEGRITY REPORT FORM AND REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS NOW POSTED ON OMIG'S WEBSITE

OMIG has posted on its website the MCO Annual Program Integrity Report form and Reporting Instructions.

The March 1, 2014 Managed Care Organization (MCO) Model Contract includes a new contractual obligation at Section 18.5 a) xix), which requires MCOs to complete an annual assessment of their regulatory and contractual program integrity obligations and to report to the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) on their assessment. The first report will need to be submitted to OMIG between December 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
