OMIG Repayment Options

OMIG Repayment Options

The following repayment options are available to those who have an overpayment obligation with OMIG:

Withhold

A withhold is a repayment of financial obligations by holding a portion of a future payment until the total overpayment is accounted for in full. To pay by withhold, where the state retains full or portions of your payments under the program, contact the Bureau of Collections Management (BCM) by email at [email protected] or call (518) 474-5878.

OMIG Online Payment Portal

An electronic payment method is available for providers who would like the option of making Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments toward OMIG liabilities online.  In addition to one-time payments, recurring payments may be scheduled to ensure funds are paid and received timely.  To pay by ACH you must first contact BCM by email or telephone, at the below address or phone number.  It may take up to two weeks to receive the credentials (FCN) to make an ACH payment once the request is confirmed by the BCM.  A BCM representative will provide you with your FCN as soon as it is available.
