OMIG Referral Leads To Arrest In $3.2 Million Fraud: AG's Office Arrests Four

OMIG investigators looked at Advanced Medical Supply Inc's inventory and discovered that the company had none of the expensive formula on hand for which it was charging Medicaid. OMIG referred the case to the State Attorney General's office. Arrests were made in the $3.2 Million alleged fraud scheme on July 12th. OMIG is pursuing an immediate exclusion for all parties involved in this alleged fraud scheme. More on these arrests here.
